Simply Fresh Events
Simply Fresh Events sets itself apart at The Tannery Barn with our commitment to on-site cooking, ensuring every dish is prepared fresh at the venue for peak flavor and presentation. We believe that great food should be enjoyed by everyone, which is why we expertly accommodate all dietary restrictions, offering delicious options for gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and other special dietary needs—without compromising on taste or presentation. Beyond catering, we are a one-stop shop for event planning, providing coordination, rentals, transportation, and décor to create a seamless experience for our clients. Whether it’s an intimate wedding or a large corporate gala, our team handles the details so you can focus on enjoying your event. Rouge Fine Catering
To give you a little info, ROUGE is a bit different than most caterers. Rather than offering our clients a choice of “one size fits all” packages, Rouge creates unique menus taking direction from you, your vision, dietary preferences & budget.
Pricing is inclusive, meaning everything that we need to execute a successful event is included. The Rouge event coordinator, servers, bartenders, culinary team, state-of-the-art kitchen equipment for on-site food preparation, china, glassware, buffet tables, service and display equipment, food, beverages, etc. are all incorporated into your per person price. Of course, we are ready to coordinate any additional rental items you may need.
With all that being said, our full-service event price point typically ranges between $100 and $135 per person, with cocktail stations coming in at a price point a bit higher. We do have flexibility with various budgets depending on availability, seasons, guest counts and menu selections.

Eleven Courses gives you an innovative catering experience in the location of your choice. We provide exquisite creative cuisine using the finest ingredients. Our truly unique experience is unparalleled with the culinary expertise and undivided attention from your catering team.
